Evidence

A 5k-Photo / 20k-File / 1k-Note Home indexed successfully. In apps/web/e2e/photos-perf.mjs, a valid PUT /api/v1/photos/stacks/{id}/key-photo returned 200, then the immediately following Undo request returned 404 instead of the expected 204. The profile stopped at the existing assertion. The same key-photo profile completed in an earlier run, so the failure may depend on background indexing or timing.

This is a test-only synthetic Home. It contains 5,001 Photos rows including the eight-member fixture burst, 20,000 Files rows, 1,001 Notes and 365 Journal entries. No User data is involved.

Follow-up

Reproduce on the perf VM while recording the returned Undo token, response body, stack identity and background Photo index state. Keep the current 204 expectation. Determine why a valid Undo token can refer to a missing stack, then add a focused regression test for the confirmed cause.
