Owner decisions (2026-10-01): note card opacity + blur

  • Two sliders: card opacity 0–100 % and blur 0–40 px, with a live preview.
  • Global default in Settings → Editor; the per-note override arrives later in the inspector's Style section (frontmatter, #633).
  • Tokens only (#287): the sliders set the existing glass card tokens for the note card (#632), never ad-hoc CSS.
  • Light-mode contrast stays guarded: the #588 glass audit runs over the extremes (0 % and 100 %), and text below 4.5:1 is prevented by clamping the effective tint behind text, or by warning in the UI.
  • Saved per User (synced settings), deep-linkable Settings row (§33).
Test: e2e: drag the sliders and assert computed backdrop-filter/background on the note card; reload persists; screenshots at the extremes in both themes.
Do not name other products in code, commits or issues.
