Deferred post-0.0.1 enhancement: support alternative mail workspace arrangements, including Thunderbird-style layouts, without changing the current three-pane default.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Offer at least the current vertical three-pane layout and a classic horizontal preview layout.
  • Keep folder, message-list, and viewer panes independently resizable within each arrangement.
  • Persist the selected arrangement and pane dimensions across launches.
  • Expose the arrangement through Appearance settings and the View menu.
  • Preserve selection, focus, keyboard navigation, accessibility order, and scroll position when switching layouts.
  • Define sensible behavior for narrow windows and fullscreen.
  • Cover layout persistence and switching with regression tests.
