Since ~21:30 on 2026-09-03 every app in the agents VNC session (incl. TextEdit) enumerates 0 AXWindows; CuaDriver health_report passes but get_window_state is empty and XCUITest cannot find any window. testmanagerd crash report at 21:33 (SIGABRT). Pixel clicks + screenshots still work. Needs a re-login of the agents session (or reboot) by kayg; then re-run App/UITests (MailternalUITests target, 15 tests incl. sidebar rename, Cmd-K, tabs) which are untested since.
