Bisect matrix (reseed before each run, exclusive Dovecot): db3c55d integration FAIL (INBOX initial sync 413 s > 300 s assertion), chaos FAIL 380 s; 0c92430 FAIL 470 s / 521 s; HEAD 0c520c7 FAIL 304.6 s / 399 s. HEAD is the fastest (328 msg/s vs 242 at db3c55d) and misses the 300 s assertion by 4.6 s on mbp. Chaos test fails under its own container restarts with uncleanShutdown/staleMailbox/connection refused at every commit. Decide: keep the 300 s gate and speed up initial sync further, or measure a host baseline for the gate. Also investigate the recurring 'body peek INBOX IMAP parse' errors in the Horrors corpus (now handled by bisection/quarantine instead of looping).
