Owner report (2026-10-05 08:44–08:49 IST, iPhone, production `269b1b51b`, dark theme). Screenshots: owner's four phone captures (Day view during horizontal swipe, Day view at rest, Settings → Account sheet, Agenda).

"The agenda view became newest at the bottom from newest at the top. Text became smaller."

Agenda now lists days oldest first (Oct 4 at the top, later days below, "Show earlier days" button at the top) and the text is smaller than before. The owner wants the previous order back: newest at the top. The header title also truncates to "O…" (month name cut) at phone width.

Check git history for when the order flipped (likely a 7b/round 8 change) and restore the previous behaviour; keep deep links and "Show earlier days" semantics consistent with the order.

Starting work on branch job/agenda-1086, based at 269b1b51b5 (production/dev starting point). I am tracing the Agenda order and title styles, reproducing scroll anchoring in WebKit, and tracking the completed Task projection separately.

Finding: git log -S 'a.date.localeCompare(b.date)' and blame trace the ascending Agenda sort to merge a7c692fcd (Agenda card redesign, issue #413), which overrode the route's newest-first result order. The same change reduced Agenda title rows from --text-body to --text-small in 839eacb5d. The phone header also passes the full-width Calendar pager at phone widths. I am restoring descending date order and the body text role, and letting the phone pager use the existing compact layout so the title has room. The earlier-days control will sit at the boundary before historical pages.
