What's Working?
- Native macOS 26 SwiftUI/AppKit app (macOS 26.0 minimum).
- Browser-based sign-in to the Hermes gateway.
- Session lists load; conversations open/resume; prompts send; replies stream and can be interrupted.
- Local history cache includes cache settings and progress.
- Light/dark/system themes, adjustable 0–100% frost, and Liquid Glass frame/titlebar/composer.
- Reduce Transparency fallback is opaque and legible; signed Developer ID, hardened, notarized, and stapled build accepted by Gatekeeper.
Known Issues
- Search, Cmd-K, and Cmd-F are not implemented.
- History fetch is capped at 500 messages per session, with no pagination; older long-chat messages may be absent.
- Sidebar/detail boundary shows a native NavigationSplitView hairline/tonal step.
- Deep links, attachments, voice, model/reasoning controls, and auto-update are not implemented.
