    Hermternal 0.0.4 — native app icons and sidebar polish

    What’s Working

    • The app uses an appearance-aware native system app icon.
    • The new-chat state uses an icon-only control.

    Sidebar

    • The sidebar shows one left caret and no native right caret.
    • Rows align with Schedules, with a 10pt folder-child offset.
    • A folder child chat menu no longer inherits the folder menu.
    • The focused source glyph keeps sufficient contrast.
    • Top and bottom fades mirror each other at 48pt.

    Deep Links

    • A valid cold-launch link waits for the app to become ready and the session list to complete before it opens.

    Performance and Release Reliability

    • The release keeps the existing deterministic performance contracts and release verification flow.

    Known Issues

    • Attachments, voice input, model controls, and reasoning controls are not implemented.
    • Automatic updates are not implemented yet.
